VibedFlow is operated by REXITY Labs UG (haftungsbeschränkt). It generates, schedules and publishes social-media content on your behalf, to accounts you connect. Drafts are suggestions — you are responsible for what you approve and publish.
Keep your credentials safe and use the service lawfully. Don’t use VibedFlow to publish spam, impersonation, or content that violates the rules of the connected platforms.
Your inputs and your approved posts are yours. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the service (store, process, and publish on your instruction).
We ship fast and occasionally break things; the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We may update features and these terms — material changes will be announced.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibedFlow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
